Khofi Sons Holding, led by Mr Faiz Ahmad Khafi, who also serves as the honorary deputy of Afghanistan’s global oil and gas importers, and Mr Moein Khofi as the holding’s deputy, began commercial operations in 1997 with an official “License” from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
